Rush Creek Pty Limited was formed in Year 1998 to accommodate the purchase of Sign Sheet Distributors in Sydney Australia.

In 2006, Alupanel Australia was formed to handle the Alupanel range of Aluminium Composite products. Alupanel is now one of the leading and most recognised Paneling product brand names in the Signage, Building and Automotive Industries.

In 2008 The Sign Sheet Distributors Business expanded to South East Queensland providing local distribution to Northern NSW and South East Queensland.

In 2009 Sign Sheet Distributors (NZ) Limited was formed  to service the New Zealand market.

In 2010 The V-Alu Blade was developed to allow any tradesman to ability to groove Alupanel Aluminium Composite for folding. The V-Alu Blade has been sold successfully in The United Kingdom, United States of America, New Zealand and Australia.

Also, in 2010, The Signie Diary and Trade Journal was released for the first time in Australia and New Zealand.

In 2016, We acquired the remaining shares of Sign Sheet Distributors (NZ) Limited gaining full ownership.

In 2017, Vaultcard Australia was launched to distribute the VaultCard, a Credit Card security Protection System.
